Barry Windsor Smith

Barry Windsor-Smith exploded onto the scene and launched the Sword and Sorcery genre with Conan the Barbarian. His attention to details brought the pulp hero to life with illustrations and sequential panels that told classic tales with visual flair and indelible imagery. Windsor-Smith's subsequent works are noted for their ever evolving level of graphic quality and style. His short stints on various titles were always major events as his stature became legendary.
